12 years old girl.
History and previous treatment:
11 month history of right ankle pain / better with NSAIDs
Current complaints:
Ankle pain with activity.
Physical examination:
Pain over medial side of ankle.

How would you manage this patient?
Expert:
I would ask radiologist for radioablation. If he cannot do it due to the location with possibly iatrogenic damage to cartilage then I would go for arthroscopic removal. You then need to perform preop CT scan in order to exactly locate the lesion in order to recognize and remove it without damaging to much of the cartilage.
