Surgical Procedure

The 2.7 mm arthroscope with an inclination angle of 30 degrees is introduced and the tendon sheath is filled with saline.
A probe is inserted for a proper inspection of the tendons.
A length rupture of the peroneus brevis tendon was detected.
In case of rupture, the tendon is sutured using an open approach. 1=peroneus longus. 2+3= ruptured peroneus brevis.
View after the length rupture is sutured.
At the end of the procedure the tendons are repositioned and the incision is sutured.
