Pearls:

The ankle must be in dorsiflexión to recognize, evaluate and work in the lateral gutter. Fix the ligament with the ankle in the neutral position.

Pitfalls:

The fibula hole should be performed in antero-posterior direction and paralel to the plantar plane. Make sure the anchor does not penetrate intraarticular.
