3. Release of talocalcaneal ligament with arthroscopic punch.
4. Overview of structures lateral to the os trigonum.
5. Release of posterior talofibular ligament with punch.
6. Overview of posterior compartment after release of flexor retinaculum, talocalcaneal ligament and posterior talofibular ligament.
