27-years old female patient with a posteromedial Talar OCD right side. Previously unsuccessfully treated with debridement and drilling. Hemicap was implanted. During a second look, for removal of the malleolar screws after 15 months, the cap was completely covered by cartilage. (Picture 1, 3 & 4)
