Description
A 21 year old female patient underwent anterior ankle arthroscopy to debride and microfracture an medial talar osteochondral defect. As the medial portal was created too medial it was not possible to enter the ankle joint and thus to treat the defect. A new, correctly placed anteromedial portal was made.
Picture 1 & 2: Pictures showing two probes in place. Probe 2 is introduced through a correctly placed anteromedial portal.
