Indication for this technique

SPLATT (Split Anterior Tibial Tendon Transfer) which combined with tendo achilles lengthening is indicated for spastic equinovarus in adults.

In collaboration with Professor Jean Brilhault, from the department of Orthopedics and Trauma in Hôpital Trousseau France, we have produced a series of surgical technique video's for correction of foot deformities.
